whats the best tasting supplement you have ever tried/used?
no home made recipies here, just plain out the tub shit!

i'm using prolab whey protein(strawberry),i get 5 lb tub cheap,cheap,so i mostly use that and the flavor is good with water.just my opinion.

I get Lean Mass protein from ExtremeLabs. 44-60gr protein, 4gr carb, 2gr fat, 200 cals. Vanilla or Strawberry (like most, the chocolate sucks!) Cheap too, $30 for tub (3.3lbs). Also has glutamine added.

are you talking protein supp or any supp? for me protein supp is MQ triple threat 3/60 vanilla, tastes like a milk shake... it's priceless~!

try putting some ice cream into your shake, or peanut butter, or flax seed oil. also can try coconut extracts, or other extracts. Or Jello powder. invent something to you liking.

Triple Threat Vanilla

I have to wholeheartedly agree with YumYum. The Triple Threat-vanilla is the best tasting in my book!!

I like the chocolate but its to rich tasting for me. So I prefer the Vanilla its perfect!! On my 3rd tub of it already.
