What, you cant but HMB in Italy. EAS sells HMB. You can order a 360 capsule bottle off of dpsnutrition.com for $44.96 US cash. That is a steal. The capsules you swallow so you wont taste anything. Also real HMB is patented, so any product you purchase claiming to have real HMB in it has to have the patent # of 5,348,979 on it. Good luck, I hope this helps.

Newer research is showing this supplement to be worthless...even as a preventative catabolic supplement, which was one of the only things it had going for it (for hypocaloric diets). I'll post the link to the study as soon as their damn site gets straightened out...their journal page is on and off....
