armpit rows. do shrugs with db's pulling them as high as you can while keeping the `bells as close to your body as possible. and deadlifting helps, as well...
 
one of those muscles that gets overlooked a lot. but most folks don't want big ones anyhow...looks goonish, i guess.

but, as always, don't sweat it too much...just steadily up the poundage. don't let that falter. if it does, work that out. diet in czech, blah, blah, blah. joo will get bigger, eventually.

I big neck and traps makes a man look scary, but unfortunately a big neck often leads to sleep apnea as I'm finding out.
