Hello guys,

For TKD,do i need to stay lets say 10 days with carbs lower than 30,then starting TKD?Or i can start with carbs postworkout and a little preworkout from day 1 and no carbs all day?

Thanks in advance!

It's a big misconception that you need to be in ketosis to loose body fat. The body is not that black and white.

I would always include carbohydrates in your pre workout and post workout meals. Carbohydrates at those two times will be very unlikely to be stored as body fat and will fuel intense weight training and keep the muscle full.

Carb cycling is going to be your best option for loosing fat while holding onto all your muscle (or even building muscle). I have an article explaining how to set up a carb cycling diet here: http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/a...aximize-muscle-building-fat-loss-1486115.html
