Have any of you used this? How do you use it? (i.e. how much, how often, etc.) Should you use it on just one area at a time?

You're better off with Yohimburn ES from the AF Store.

It's a lot more widely used and trusted here. The mechanisms of Targex are not the same and not many people on here seem to use it, which leads me to believe that the purported 'results' were not up to most users' expectations.

Targe-X is a good product and one of the very few topical fat burners with research actually behind it.

I used it - It was very greasy and caused me to break out. It was like Crisco. I would not recommend that product..
