What do you guys think of this scale www.tanita.com It can give your body fat%, muscle mass in lbs, bone mass and a whole shit load of other data. Anybody have experience with these, $120 is a steal if it actually works....accurately.

They bite. i had one before. The body fat measurement is not very accurate at all. Some 19 dollar calipers work better.

I got mind on ebay for something like $$40 and I love it. I know that it is off by approximately 4%, but the beauty of it is that it gives me accurate readings relative to the same time that I measure myself on other days. I always do the reading immediately after my w/o, just before my post/w/o shake, so I know to within .5lbs whether I've put on any weight and what my fat is relative to the previous measures.

I agree with all thoughts here they suck and are in accurate but they suck and are always inacurate so you can see your progress according to what the innacurate scale is saying. LOL calipers are much more accurate or check out your local kineseolagy program at university's or college's thats were i got my hydro static testing done.
