i'm starting my pct soon with nolva 40mg/day weeks 1-2, 20mg/day weeks 3-4. is that good enough? anyway, how should i take the 20mg tabs? all at once or divided into twice a day? help is much appreciated

just test enanthate 250mg e4d
I would use HCG along with it, if not, then Clomid. But if I was stuck with Nolva only I would run it at 20mg/day for about 6 weeks.

oh, and i just ordered some AIFM. it helps with gyno, am i correct?

yes. its an aromatase inhibitor. At the dosages you are using, if you run it during your cycle you should see little or no shutdown. Estrogen is the primary suppressor of the HPGA (which is why SERMS notably clomid and to a lesser extent Nolva are used for PCT, they have antagonistic effects in the pituitary on Estrogen receptors- they block estrogen and have no action in those receptors)
still reccomend clomid (along with AIFM) for your PCT. Typically do not reccomend nolva, though there are those that swear by it. IMHO tamox is generally only suitable as a priming agent for HCG, not as sole PCT. though it can be used in that fashion (with varying results)
