Taming My Cravings!!

Any tips on how to control my constant cravings?
I eat loads, real balanced diet, around 6 meals a day, but I still get mega cravings!
I want to keep my 8% body fat, but I can see it slipping away if I don't get MR Hunger under control!
Even right after an ECA stack I'm starving!
Any supplements to control appetite?

last night i was talking to some chicks, and they were like SHIT ITS ALL ABOUT THE 6 PACK, and to think 2 months ago mine was RIPPED, now its coverd in flab. shitty. im off to drink some damn green tea and hit up the stairmaster for some am cardo.

seriously its so easy to lose it all (cut wise). good luck
 
I agree... be careful man...
When I started bulking I was around 10.5% BF...
I ate everything bad in sight.... what the hell I thought.. I'm bulking... I packed on 22 lbs in a month. My BF went up to like 16-17%....
Try to limit your binging to 1-2 days a week... that usually curbs it for me... knowing a can mow down on anything I want on a specific day.

I can identify with alot you state, but I don't really binge, I just seem to be hungry every hour I'm awake.
Gonna try some 5-htp cos bros say its good to control hunger.

picture ur physique getting better with each healthy meal. make fun of ur self when thinking of craving say to ur self "if i eat that im a fucking pussy, cut the shit" stuff like that works for me. haha no joke
