Taking time off.

I need some suggestions. I've decided that a 6 week break from lifting is what my body, my receptors and I need :bawling: I never took a break, especially not during the summer  The combo of heat, lower intake of food and less hours of sleep makes for optimum muscle depletion. And that pisses me the F off  None the less I have to get away from the daily minutia's of work/lifting. Shit In college life was about scheduling classes according to my gym/eating regiment and sleep. But now corporate America dictates my day....son's a BITCHES. I've been on continuously for years -since 1995- and now I need off....but my dilemma...I STILL EAT AS THOUGH I'M LIFTING AND SAUCING...SHIT !!!!!! if I keep this up I'll be lookin like benji on the Howard Stern show.
Frigg, my stomach walls have stretched from 183 -when I started- to 235 now. And I can't just stop eating al together.

It's not like I eat shitty food, or sweets. But it's still seven times daily none the less.
What can I do? I can't just cut meals

thanx for the advise

When I began my post college corporate career, my physical conditioning was the worst of my life. The combination of eating 3 big meals a day (along with snack machine snacks), stress, inactivity, long hours, poor sleep, coffee, baggin' office chicks, happy hours, etc. was a terrible combination that lasted a few years & made me ashamed to take my shirt off. My success was encouraging my lifestyle and I began to see why there are so many fat, rolypoly, spaghetti armed guys walking around waiting for a heart attack. My advice is get back in the gym (even if just for cardio), & to not let this trend overtake you, because it can and it will. Look around your office, how many physiques do you envy? Don't follow the office culture of poor eating habits, long hours, followed by a night of TV or videos, with a weekend of boozing and lyin' to chicks, it will be very difficult to regain the discipline that the bodybuilding lifestyle mandates. Six weeks is an unusually long break and may turn into 12 weeks, which will turn into....etc.---I've been there.

I regularly take a two week break and stay entirely out of the gym every three months. It helps me maintain my emotional-physical balance and when I return, I hit it with a vengeance.

Also, I think regular breaks help avoid injury and forced breaks as in mid-cycle.

Currently on a forced break, due to a torn biceps tendon.

With regards to weight, I hear you.

Try 21 days on clen and serious cardio
10 days off serious cardio
21 days on clen again.
10 days off
14 days on DNP

Speaking from experience on the above cycle, starting day 2 of my DNP cycle, which is simply cardio, abs, and DNP------no weights for 2 weeks or until this angry biceps calms down
