Taking time off after cycle

How do you experienced guys do this? I am asking because I have a 10-day vacation starting immediatly after I end clomid treatment. This was a coincidence. Do you think that I should try and find somewhere to lift or will 10 days be OK? I've put on about 20 lbs of LBM and would like to keep it! Thanks

You should be fine just make sure you eat enough. A lot of guys hear recomend a lay off during clomid as you will be catabolic at this time so it is easy to over train.
