Taking Replacement testo and no gains!!

Local Doc is giving me replacement testo, progesterone and anastrozole (to reduce estro). Blood test shows testo sky high, free testo up and estro down.
Nothing happening for gains in the gym. No strength increase or size. Did lose lots of fat and can see lots of veins. Used Androgel before and got zero in gym.
Used Dragon dibol in the past and got bigger/stronger, but am afraid of counterfeits and liver damage. I want to use the prescribed stuff.
Why no big gains with prescribed drugs??

You're losing fat and not getting bigger or stronger? I'd say eat more. It did wonders for me when I was in the same situation.
