Good question, but like everyone else, take it under your tongue for better absorbtion.

Under the tongue works for me, just drop it there and go about business. Also, take it before bed, your body does the most activity during recovery/recoup sleeping. That includes biological functions such as conversion, etal. If you put it in your system prior to bed, you're peak is during this time and you'll find it's far more effective.
