taking IP winny

when taking IP winny, I know you are supposed to chew then swallow, but is it better to chew it, and swallow with water, or does that dillute it to much or what to do?

Just chew and swallow. Doesnt matter if you drink water or not. Some chew them and hold them under their tounge. Makes no difference, just make sure to chew.

When I took it I chewed and then washed it down with Grapefruit Juice...someone told me it MAY help with absorption...I dont know?? But I got good results.
