taking dbols?

hey starting my first cycle was told to put dbols under my tongue till they desolve but is it ok if u just swollow them or am i better off letting them desolve under my tongue...

I've heard they work faster when you put them under your tounge. The half-life for d=bol is about 4 or 5 hours. So the best way is to take a dose every 4 hours, but this is damn near impossible. I take mine especially before workout and thoughout the day.
