ok bro's here goes....

yesterday I started my spiro's..
I took one at 8am and another 11 am .

my question is the first pill I did not feel a thing..second pill I started to feel my heart race. so after that pill I stopped for the day and started to read more threads on this subject...

now today I took my first pill, at about 9am..I read threads on how first dose is two pills and some even take three.. what should I do from here???

should I up my dose to two pills each dosing times?? or stick to one pill every two to three hours till I hit 5 a day???

Clen can make you feel very very sick. This often happends when you bump the dose to fast. My suggestion would be:
2 cycles, one 2 weeks, then 2 weeks off and using ECA, then the next Clen cycle
