This taking a week off training (and admitedly, at times...most times, diet) is hard f**kn' work. I have tendonitous in about every tendon in my body so It was due time for a thourough and required rest of the musculo-skeletal system, but damn...I'm bored, feel lazy...you know, like a regular American, and am just unmotivated. Can't wait till Moday when my personal training fees will soar(new job opporitunities) and I will be able to train myself once again. I am feeling better...health/tendon/muscle-wise, but it's a patient process wating even one week just for some slght haling and rest! I couldn't imagine being on the DL for a month or more. I'd be a drunkn' mess.!!! As I hold a crisp, cold Sam Adams Boston Lager in my left paw and type with the right...You know it helps with the tendonitous.!!!!
