Say you send someone some products, fronted, to be nice, and they get seized. Should the person you sent it to still pay, or pay half, or nothing at all?

Assuming these products are legal, and by 'seized' you mean 'lost', then only you should suffer. You're the one who decided not to recieve funds before sending your goods. The person you sent it to is not obligated to pay anything.
