4 weeks using Novolin R.
Gonna start with 2iu then 4, upto 8 iu.
Post Workout day 1: 2iu Novolin R. Have 20g carb drink, 40g protein. 2 and half hours later Some more carbs (How much should I be getting here?). 6 hours later more carbs/protein (How much here?)
Post Workout day 2: 4iu " " . 40g carb drink, 40g protein, creatine.
Same as above
Post Workout day 3: 5 iu 50g carb drink
Same as above
etc... Upto 8 IU.
Anything I am missing here?
Don't wanna kill myself.
Since it is HUmilin and not HUmalog when is it safe to sleep?
I will stacking with my current cycle of Sust/500mg and Tren 100mg eod.
