Taco Bell Chicken burritos

I have been getting Chicken Grilled Stuft Burritos w/o the fatty sauce, Chicken Fiesta Burritos or Chicken Tacos w/o cheese on my higher carb days. I usually get a grilled stuft or both of the other two. Does anyone know if these contain a lot of fat, considering I don't have the cheese or the fatty (mayonaise like) sauce? Their nutrition information does not talk about condiments, etc.

They definitely don't affect my diet too much, but I am curious. Anyone?

Well, if you're cutting you should probably stay away from any fast food. You can be sure even with stuff removed it's got bad fat in there. Taco bell meat isn't exactly quality stuff either. Its dehydrated then rehydrated. Sounds gross (but for some reason is tasty).

If you're bulking, well, some crappy food once in a while isn't so bad.

Sorry I can't answer your question directly though.

Just look at the nutrition cards and subtract what you are taking out. If you don't know about the sauce go to the grocery store and try to find a sauce similar to it and use those numbers. Just remember that TB's stuff is gonna be a little worse, so taking away the 5g of fat from a sauce at the store will give you some cushion as to what you are really taking out because the TB studd might have 7g of fat.

Not all fast food places breakdown the nutrition values of sauces and items seperately. I know Taco Bell and Jack in the Box don't. However I know that Carls Jr., Wendy's and Burger King(least they used to) break down items by piece so you can figure out exactly how many cals you're getting. You can find out what's in the bun, meat, sauce, etc.. seperately. However they don't measure sauce and other items when they put it on so it's best to stay away from them totally. You can be assured that buns, meat, etc.. are pre-measured and most likely consistant. When I eat fast food I try and eat at places that I know exactly what I'm getting. If I happen to go to Taco Bell I just get a chicken soft taco and/or steak fiesta burrito since neither contain much fat.

Actually Vageta...they do measure almost exactly how much you get. At least at McD's and BK.

I worked at McD's for a little while in HS.....oh the memories......and they have these guns that squirt a measured amount of sauce/katsup/mustard/mayo on the burgers. Every once in a while you will be a little off, but in general they are measured pretty accurately. Taco Bell on the other hand is not measured at all. You take the scoop and put it in. Grap the Lettuce/tomato/cheese and whatever else and throw it in. The Sour Cream and Guac is measured though.

I am pretty sure that most FF places use the guns for applying toppings because it is so much faster using them.

I've watched how they do it in Carl's and they don't measure, they just slap it on with a big spatula. The others might use guns though I'm not sure, I just take off the sauce anyways unless I'm refeeding.
