joey10j, do a search on T3 or cytomel. There's some really good info here, I believe. My 'opinioned' take on it is that T4 is worthless. It just isn't close enough to the real thing, and enough of it doesn't get converted for the purpose of what you're trying to accomplish, fat loss. If you're going to use something, stick with T3, that DEFINITELY works. Also, there're a lot of posts that sound pretty scary about using T3, I would say from lots of personal experience, don't worry, just make sure you graduate up (increase dosage daily) and graduate down (decreasing slowly coming off) and you'll be fine.
