The question was would taking T4 AFTER a T3 cycle be worth it. And the answer is NO. Most likely your using the T3 to cut right? Well your natural thyroid levels are already going to be low because your cutting calories, plus your TSH level is going to drop so the T3 you take will slow down on effectiveness after 4-6 weeks, so adding another thyroid hormone would only further drop your TSH and no good can come from that. You need time for your body to re-adjust. Yes you could run T4 a bit longer than T3, but thats if it is run alone and not directly after a T3 cycle. Also, your body will not increase HGH to any significant degree unless you have enough carb calories, and while cutting this is the one area that people cut way too much. Gotta keep those pro/carb/fat ratios in check.
