T4 and gh

looking for some feedback from experienced users regarding dosage of T4 while running 4iu's of gh daily. i've seen everything from 25mcg to 150mcg daily. any help is appreciated!

betweem 100-200mcg daily should work well for you.

can anyone recommend the best time to take t4? for example, at the same time as the gh shot in the am, in the pm, or does it matter?

I do 150mcg/day. I do my GH in the morning along w/75mcg of T4. I do the rest of my T4 in the afternoon with another shot of GH. If I don't do the GH in the afternoon, I still take the 75mcg. of T4.
