T4? All at once or doses?

I know with T3 its good to spread your doses in a few throughout the day since it has a shorter half life, but what about T4. If only taking 100mcg, shoud it all be taken in the morning,night, or maybe 50mcg morning and 50night? Anyone know, or know its half life? Thanks

I always take it in the morning. I have 200mcg tabs and if I want to take 100mcg's, I just break the tab in half. I don't think that I could break it into quarters though if I wanted to spread out the dosage...

It seems I have been doing this wrong for the past 15 years,


But I have always taken clen, t-3, t-4, over the course of the day.

Spread out until three or four in the afternoon, and then be done for that day,

Even DNP, same way, for me.
