I ramp my T3 like this,
week 1-25mcg ed
week 2-50mcg ed
week 3-75mcg ed
week 4-100mcg ed
week 5-75mcg ed
week 6-50mcg ed
week 7-25mcg ed
then I take a month off. It doesn't single out muscle or fat. It just makes you burn period. And it makes you hungry. I run it while on cycle to help support maintaining lean muscle while burning fat off. T3 works great.
