how long do u have to stay off t3 befor u use it again some ppl have told me 6 months some said the same time on is the same time off so does any one else have an opinion

It depends on how long you were on for. I would take off at least 6-8 weeks to ensure normal thyroid production before starting again. However when dealing with any hormones there is no concrete answer.
