I just finished a 5 week T-3 cycle. I got up to 120mcg per day along with 200mg-400mg of deca per week. The last week of the cycle I had only lost 10 lbs and it seems like it was all muscle. Then I ran DNP for the last week of it (the T3 cycle) and lost about 10 lbs of fat.
Bro if you are 250lbs and it is mostly fat I could recommend nothing other than T-3 and DNP together. Just 1 of the 2 won't do, considering the amount of fat you have to lose. I would run DNP on as high a dose as you can handle with all the supps for 1 week on 1 week off (or 2 weeks on 2 off if you can handle it). Also using T-3 with it, no more than 40-60 mcg per day should be necessary, unless you don't mind burning off what muscle you do have.
If you don't know about DNP read up on it first because it can easily kill you if you overdose at all. But if you are careful, you will have the same excellent results as the rest of us.
