T3 while BULKING to keep chub down...... Who.....

Just wondering how many of you like to use T3, whether a regular pyramid or just running a light dose, while bulking to keep BF down?
 
You really can't do a size/strength cycle and a fat loss cycle at the same time. I have commented over the years that using Cytomel (T3) while bulking is counterproductive. If you are truly hypothroid, then use Armour Thyroid, not cytomel. The key is to get your BF% as low as possible first, then bulk. High protein, moderate clean carb, and a low fat diet will keep fat gain in check when bulking. So will the proper use of the ancillaries.
 
If keeping a clean diet while bulking, if im not mistaken, test in a cycle alone can help keep BF low while bulking, correct? I definately agree with what your stating about it being counterproductive.

This is true. Remember, what causes the conversion of testosterone to estrogen in men? It is adipose tissue. Obviously, the more you have, the more conversion you have. That is why it is important to minimize BF% first. Then, to maintain, moderate clean carb and low fat.
 
I guess the main point of me starting this thread is that Im wondering how counterproductive a straight run of T3 at 25mcg/day for about 6 weeks would be with a bulking cycle. I have spoke with those that love it, but I have also spoke with those that run a complete pyramid while bulking which I dont agree with because of its catabolic characteristics.

This is counterproductive and a waste of money. Eat right and you will be fine. Remember, increasing muscle mass will raise metabolism. Your thyroid will boost T3 levels all by itself. Too much T3, and you lose muscle. Why fool around.
 
i would only suggest using it after your bulking cycle with clen. this way you can optimize your bulking cycle and the effects of the clen/t-3 post cycle to drop unwanted water weight and
fat.
