speaking as someone that has done 4 cycles of T3, I get a major rebound effect if I go too high (for me 100mcg/ed is too high) or too long. I find the best results happen when: I'm really motivated to commit to perfect nutrition, stay on for no more than 3 or 4 weeks with a long taper down from 50mcg/ed. I always run var with it (it's the most anti catabolic AS), take R-ALA with carbs especially for the 8 weels after, and continue with cardio for 8 weeks.
this is not a beginners cutting drug, you really have to know your body. for me, i don't burn fat all that easily, so I use it when in striking distance of being shredded, to loose the stubborn fat when your system is really fighting to keep it. I don't naturally produce that much T3 (if I did I'd be shredded year round), so I have to be careful with it. the first 2 times i ran it, the end result was that I had as much fat a month after as i did when i started. I went too long (6 weeks) and too high (125mcgs)
Yeah, I'm the same way.... Get the best results when I'm pretty ripped already.... T3 just takes me over the edge, and gets me more ripped then anything else I have used..... However, if I try using it when i'm pretty fat, it does next to nothing..... Not sure why this is....
