T3 tabs--split dosage?

I am gonna start my T3 tabs and I was wondering if i can take all the pills together or should i split the dosage? 25mg tabs.

for example, 4 days at 25 , 4 days at 50...etc..upto 100

i've been told if it's 50mcg or less take all at once in the early am before u eat... but someone correct me if im wrong.

You can take them all at once in the am...or split them..in this case it really doesnt matter..i prefer splitting them though...sides get spread out instead of all at once..

the half life is 10-12 hrs i believe so for optimal effectiveness i split them up into morning, be4 bed ...
