What you stated about having to be on AAS to prevent muscle loss; Is that a truth/fact or opinion? I'm just trying to get some facts straight because I'm a newbie here (still a la Natural though, only OTC T "boosters" so far).
If you take in 1 gram protein/pound while dieting won't that prevent one's muscles from atrophy?
I state newbie being new to educating my self about AAS, ect... been in the lifting game for 6 years though.
