I would definitely take it in the morning, haven't heard about empty stomach so I don't know about that. But I do know that you can't take it with Calcium within 2 hours. No milk, no cheese,etc
I wouldn't use t3 any longer then 10 weeks. It can permanently supress your body's natural thyroid production.
Make sure you slowly taper off your dosage. You will experience a huge weight gain rebound if you just stop taking it. I am sure you have seen that happen to female competitors post competition. They blow up and gain 15-20 pounds in a week or less.
The question was, amount of time off needed in between cycles. How long does it take your thyroid to fully recover? But since you told me 10 weeks on, I'll take my chances on my own unless anyone else wants to chime in. Most have ppl recommended 3 week cycles.
