t3 + prop

how would i add a cycle of t3 in order to help my fat loss diet?

im currently doing 75mg/ test prop eod
20 mg nolvadex on off days/40 on test prop days
when do i take this (morning, afternoon)

thanks!

any other advice?
 
Ramp up and down and I'll suggest a little more than just Test prop. Throw in some var or masteron.. Here you go for the T3...


Running it for three weeks, one could choose for a schedule as follows: 25/25/25/50/50/50/75/75/75/100/100/100/75/75/75/50/50/50/25/25/25 mg/day. If taken for 4 weeks, then run each dose for 4 days, 5 weeks then each dose for 5 days and so on. It is extremely important that the doses are tapered on and off and that a cycle never exceeds 6 weeks at the most.

why var or masteron.
could i just up the test prop to 100 eod?
what if i added tren ace again (which i dont know if is good idea. although i have the dostinex, i dont think this is good to end the cycle with, is it?)
any supplements needed?
best time of day to take this?
 
u can use it longer than 6 weeks...just stay at same dose, or ramp up, BUT be sure to always ramp down for a couple weeks at end...just my opinion and the way i have used it. i usually use it 8-10 weeks, starting w/ 50mcg, increasing every 2 days till i get to 100 or 150mcg, staying there, then ramping down much slower at end until i'm at only 25mcg for last couple days...
 
...and it would be better if u used more like 100 prop EOD w/ the T3 w/ tren...as long as u have a couple cycles under your belt. not longer than 6-8 weeks either. more like 6.
