T3 problem

I gotta bro who started T-3 8 days ago and have been experiencing acid reflux and heart burn after all meals.He also can only sleep 1 to 2 hr a day. Are these common? What are some side effects that you guys have had with T-3 and should he stop using it?

I had no side effects on T3..... I have heard of becoming hot, but I didn't have that either...

nrver got those sides from t-3 but it could be a bad reaction his system is having tell him to ramp down and stop

yes t3 gives me very bad acid reflex.i take either zantac or this prescription stuff which is double strength zantac and works great

I get some side effects similar to those you've described but not to the point of only getting 1-2hours of sleep.

What was his dosing pattern like? Did he start with high doses?

I have never used T3, but I know it is a very dangerous drug if not used properly. It can permanently damage your thyroid. I would have your friend to quit taking the T3. Insomnia is a common side effect of T3. You should post the dosage your friend is taking so that more knowledgeable bros can help him.
