T3 increase receptor sites?

Ok I have searched and Im getting conflicting information.
My question is: Will T3 during a cycle increase receptor sites in low dosages i.e. 12.5 mcg daily?
And if so what is the maximum time I should run it? (Being a thyroid drug and all)
Im thinking I might throw it in my next cycle for 4 weeks to jump start....

It will increase protein synthesis although I've read that the increase is negated by the increase in catabolism as well.

I have never heard it will increase receptor sites, only upregulate betas when used with clen.

That effect depends on the levels, at fairly moderate levels in the bloodstream (those just a big higher than normal) it will increase protien sythesis without a catabolic effect, so it it actually anabolic. This common info bro. T3 is an ANABOLIC hormone at certain levels. It only becomes catabolic at higher levels.

To answer the original question, it will not effect AR's to my knowledge, however it will increase protien sythesis and increase the gains of your cycle, though your metabolism will be a bit higher, so a few more calories are in order. Keep it between 12.5 and 25 mcg. Anything higher and it becomes slightly catabolic. Go over 50 mcg and it is very catabolic and will impede the gains of your cycle.
 
I always wondered how t3 can work at 25mcg or below. Asking because the body already makes around 25mcg a day, but now if you shut the natural production down and replace it with synthetic ... how will it help in any way?

sk, because if your body makes 25 mcg a day already you have a hyperactive thyroid, and are not the average person. My prescriped dose was half of that to get me regular.

Hmm, in Chemical Muscle Enhancement it stated that in the average person, the thyroud gland makes 26mcg of t3 per day. Also, I believe bigandy mentioned a similar number. Maybe it was a mystake though ...

If that were the case, then doctors would give the average person with a thyroid disfunction 25 mcg a day. Let me check something....
 
Had to check a drug book. Damn cytomel is actually prescipbed at up to 100 mcg a day. Hmmmm..... interesting. So maybe 50 mcg a day wouldn't be that bad for a bulking cycle.
 
I stand corrected. I'm always the first to admit I was wrong when there is evidence to the contrary of something I state. Sk, you have a valid point.

Yea, this is interesting ...

Andy13 always mentions that although t3 inreases protein synthesis some it increases degression, and therefore, is horrible on a bulking cycle. In a sence it is like eating less, both protein and the other macronutrients.

I was thinking, the reason people haven't noticed less muscle gains during bulking cycles and t3, is because it only replaced their own production.

For those that have tried it together, is the fatloss pronounced?

Perhaps t3 would be a good idea during a bulking cycle if the approach to diet was "swaining" ...

BTW, I have never taken t3 or any other thyroid medication.

It's cool, I thought the natural production was around 12.5mcg until about a week or two ago. :)

Alot of big guys swear by using t3 while bulking. It does seem to give me better gains, with less bodyfat.
