T3 for women?

My girl wants to lose about 10-15 lbs and would like to do a T3 cycle. How should she do this and would something else be better recommended
 
My wife recently return to The Pill, and loves T3 for fighting back against the weight gain. She used it for about a month, and is now tapering off. She'll use guggulbolic and MM4 (forskolin) to restore her thyroid function.

What is guggulbolic and MM4 and is it available OTC?
If my girl does b/w 25-50 mcg/day for no more than 6 wks and takes plenty of protein w/ exercise to prevent muscle loss, will she be able to lose 10-15 lbs?

Yes, they are OTC and fairly cheap at that! Both are syntrax products, and are best priced at dpsnutrition. 3 caps of Guggul and 4 of MM4 a day does the trick.
 
Whatever happend to good ol fashioned dieting?? Some good heavy training...cardio and an ECA stack?? I would not take T3 by itself...she will lose fat and muscle too!!! Can you post a sample of her diet? How does she train? How long has she been training? Cardio? You can do so much with diet alone...I doubt she really needs the T3...
 
She eats about 3x/day healthy food and takes diet aids(don't remember which) works out 3x/wk and sometimes does cardio.
She just wants faster results and has lost about 30lbs since last yr. She justs wants to drop a little more than 10 lbs.
If the T3, at low dose for 6 wks, alone w/ proper nutrition and protein supplement w/ weight training and dieting will help accomplish that?

First of all her #1 problem is she is her DIET....3 x a day?? What is that?? She will never lose weight that way...she is slowing her metabolism down....she is not eatin enough to fuel her body. She should be eating 6 x a day...training with heavy weights....and some light cardio...You better read and research basic diet...and training before you even think about giving her T3....the basics are not even being accomplished here.
 
laundryjump - i agree with new@, she should be eating 6 meals a day... and drinking about a gallon of water, and lifting.. and hopefully, if she goes w/ the T3, you'll make sure she's on an anabolic to spare muscle.

i'm pretty sure by looking at the rest of the women in my family that my genetics could not have handled going down to skin and bones w/ the T3, not lifting, and then going off of it without rebounding to new heights :)

i'm also using guggolbolic while coming off the T3.. i may look into the MM4, but this is the first i've heard of it.
