I have just started my cutting diet and traning 3 weeks ago. I haven`t lost anything yet, around 2-3 kg, mostly water. (4-6 pounds)
2 month ago I used T3 for 5 weeks, 25 mcg a day, and 50 mcg for a few days. Is this to long for using T3, is that why im not loosing fat faster? Or is 5 weeks of T3 25 mcg nothing to worry about?
Please help, im worried my natural thyroid levels are to low after using T3. Did i used to much?
