because I want to lose fat, i think T3 is sufficient
here my cycle:
Jours 1-4...................25mcg/day
Jours 5-8..................,50 "
Jours 9-12...............,,75 "
Jours 13-16............... 100 "
Jours 17-20............... 75 "
Jours 21-24............... 50 "
Jours 25-28............... 25 "

What di you think?
why you make how your cycle of T3?

I don't have a strict diet, i eat potatoes, rice , pasta, chicken a lots of proteins,and vegetables but i consume just 3 meals a day.

A wise man (who's also a fkn ripped man) once said, " If you think youre going to get ripped eating pasta, youre in for a surprise"

Cut the pasta, potatoes, and rice out. Protein as a majority of your diet is key. Keep the leafy green veggies in. It's hard, but it works.

If you don't have a strict diet, don't use T3 or any other aids for that matter. Your diet is number 1 bro :coffee:
