t3 cycle help.

Hey fellas I got some of the 25mcg cynomel. I am going to be using it for my contest to help shed some fat. I have read quite a bit about t3 and realy dont want to go to high with the dose. If you have used please share your ways of cycling it ect.

Lots of cycling info if you use the search function, but here's the way I understand it:
25mcg day 1-4
50mcg day 5-8
75mcg day 9-12
100mcg day 13-15
125mcg day 15-19
then return just the same or even slower. A pyramid like we used to do with gear. I think it's too catabolic to run with out any aas.

I could not tolerate anymore than 50mcg. At 75 I thought I was coming down with the flu, tired, a little nausea, tachy,...

50 with 100mcg of clen is a good combo for me.
 
125mcg seems a little excessive..
but i'm no t3 expert.

Nucman's schedual looks pretty typical and proper to me...

I've done up to 100mcg with no problems really.. but one thing you might consider is breaking the dosages up over the coarse of the day... like 25mcg at a time... appose to all at once...
 
I just finished a T3 cycle...My max was 75mcg. I was only able to do that amount for 4 days...It made me sore as shit...I mean just achy stiff all over but especially around my traps, delts, and tri's.
 
I just copied and pasted from my training log

12/15 thru 12/20 @ 12.5 mcg
12//21 thru 12/26 25 mcg
12/27 thru 1/1 37.5mcg
1/2 thru 1/6 50 mcg split dose to twice per day (25mcg)
75mcg @ 3 different doses of 25mcg split throughout the day on 01/07.
Started my ramping down on 01/10. I just can't handle the soreness
1/11 thru 1/18 50mcg
1/19 thru 1/26 25 mcg
1/27 thru current 12.5 mcg (will continue thru 02/01)

I didnt have much results. I am on a test/EQ cycle. Still gained weight but I did not lose much fat. According to my calipers...I lost just a shade under 1%.
I also did cardio at minimum of 4 days per weeks at 25 minutes per session.

here is a basic guideline to follow:
20% of the time is spent ramping up to your maximum
30% of the time is at your maximum
50% of the time is spent ramping down to cessation (nothing)

I would not recommend going over 100: b/c it seems excessive.


If you are actually running t-3 for a competition i'd suggest running it at 25mcg the last 4 weeks up until your contest along with the clen.
