I'm new here and this is my first post.
I haven't been training now for about a year. I'm about 205 pounds and 5'8. I used to be in tremendous shape. But now I'm married and have a desk job and I'm looking to kickstart my workouts again.
I've been back at the gym now for about 3 weeks.
My question to all the fitness experts here is if I take a 3 week cycle of T3 and then a 3 week cycle of clen, stay on a high protein low card diet, train consistently, stay clean and so on....how much weight do you think i could lose in about 8 weeks? Is T3 and clen really that good?
