T3 / Clen

what are the highest doses of T3 and or Clen that anyone has done or would do for a cutting cycle? Thanks. Also would someone please spell out the side effects of higher doses.
 
with the ag clen, i was up around 150 mcgs... for t3.. stepping up to 75 mcgs over afew weeks then stepping down for a few weeks is recommended... starting at 12.5-25 mcgs for the t3.... i started the clen around 40-60 mcgs... 2 weeks on 2 off.. while dieting naturallly i used clen and trex and dropped 30lbs in about 10 weeks.. good shit... dont need the t3 imo.
 
Perhaps i dont respond well, but i dont even notice clen until i get to the 180mcg and above mark. Last time i did T3 i cycled properly and ramped up to 100mcg then a 10 day ramp down at the end. I didn't know about taking my temp to see; but i really didn't feel warm or feel it working at all. Can I go higher with the T3?
 
how much fat/mass did u loose while cycling them? if you lost a good amount of fat then no need to increase the t3 dose

I wouldn't play with T3 too much - keep the dosages on the lower side. There are some people that don't respond to clen as well, or overuse clen until receptors downregulate. Maybe it's time for a break from thermogenics.

wow...clen at 180mcgs...im a "wired" wreck at 120mcgs....as Mr. X stated you shouldnt mess to much with T3 i love the stack however...but since you already have done t3 did you notice any weight reduction?

check his thread a few posts below this, I think he might have a CNS problem, he's saying he didn't respond to Yohimburn either.
 
**sigh** Well i've ordered some t3 i'll give it a go with clen and my in-check diet and cardio... i was thinking i'll run t3 for a month, go up to 150mcg. Is that still "safe"?

what are your stats?

you might not need any T3 or clen.

I haven't ever gone over 100mcg/day, but I have a friend that decided he was going to do a BB show that was 12 wks away and at the time he was 36% BF. He used several AAS along with 150mcg/day T3 (for almost 12 wks)and 4iu/day HGH, but 12 wks later he was 6% BF. He did however lose quite a bit of muscle at the same time, and said that he wouldn't go that high with the T3 again or run it so long. Its your choose though. He just did whatever he had to do to get down to competition shape.

What the hell would possess someone thats 36% bodyfat to do a show in the first place. That's a stupid amount of bodyfat to cut in 12 weeks. Anyone that lets themself get that high in fat has no business doing clen, t3, or any other AAS.
 
That was years ago, after that first contest he competed about twice per year for several years, and last time I saw him he had barely missed earning his pro card as a SuperHeavyweight because he timed it wrong and came into the show a little flat. I would say he is pro by now, but it has been 2 years since we have talked. You would have never guessed that he used to be that fat, and after that first contest he never let his BF go above 10-12% in the off season, then compete fuckin shredded and dry. It was truly amazing, I wish I had half the will power that he has.
