t3/clen/winny

heres the plan. please critique and offer diet and training info. goal is to cut (obviosly) from 19% to as low as possible

ive never run t3 before or winny but i have run clen before with eca. heres what i had planned...

t3
10/20/30/40/50/60/70/80/80/70/60/50/40/30/20/10
then off t3 and on clen at (ive run 200mcg/day w little sides)
50/50/100/100/150/150/150/150/200/200/200/200/200/200

then repeat t3

run winny @ 50mg ed the entire 6 weeks with liv 52.
run nolva for pct 12 hours after last winny tab @ 60/60/60/40/40/40/40/20/20/20/20/20/20/20
 
You don't need to run T3 right away. At 10% bf I would get down to around 12 before adding any AAS. When you do run the T3 run it longer and you can use the clen with it. That's how the clen works best because T3 will upgrade the amount of beta 2's allowing the clen to keep working.
 
So you're saying to use the clen at the same time as t3? how long is it safe to run the t3 consecutively? run 2 weeks t3 and clen and then eca on the "off time"? but first off you are suggesting i cut with just diet and cardio, i understand this, but when the time comes how should i run the t3 and clen and should i run the winny with those two?

as Mak stated. Run your clen with your T3, that is what makes it the most effective. Stick with your 2 weeks on 2 weeks off rotation.

I highly suggest, as Mak also stated and you addressed as well, that you diet and cardio your ass down closer towards 10-15% before getting on this type of a cycle.

can you tell me your stats? diet? training regiment?

I think we should talk about your diet before talking about T3/clen - especially when you're in the higher double digit bf %.
 
22 YRS OLD, 6' 250 @ 19%. lifting 2 years steady but 6 years off and on. current training is as follows...
Monday=Chest, bis
db press, db incline, db incline fly
hammer curls, bb curl

Tues=HIIT cardio 30 mins bike

Wed=Back and tris
Pullups, bent bb rows, pull downs, seated row
skullcrushers, french press

thur=HIIT cardio 30 mins bike

Fri=Legs
squats, deadlifts, leg extensions, leg curls, calf raises

Sat=off

Sun=cardio via football practice

Diet is honestly kinda sloppy but i always get at least 300g protein. i don't always eat the right amount of carbs and sometimes too many carbs. fats are under 50g/day. i also don't eat often enough. lately im lucky to get in 4 meals. I want to get my diet in check first off and get to 15% or lower before starting that cycle. just trying to get ducks in row i guess.
