T3/Clen....Advise Please.

I'm 5'8", 219 lbs. and 25% BF. I want to get down to 190-195 lbs. and 10-15% body fat before I start a cycle of Test, EQ, and winny in February. So, my question is this -
What is the best way to take T3 and clen together to shred off the body fat?
How many weeks should I take them?
What should the doses/day look like?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks- diesel420.
 
No offence diesel, But at 25% bf i would just diet and do cardio with an E.C.A stack of some sort and you will lose quite alot of BF... Then when your at 10~15% BF go ahead and use T3/Clen.. I just feel that you will get better results this way and not waste your money.. When your at a high level of BF it's very easy to lose the first 10% of Bf and get's harder towards the end. SO it would make more sense this way... Good Luck..

If I did decide to take an 8 week cycle of T3 however. Along with 2 weeks on and off with clen/ECA. How does this look for the 8 week breakdown of T3?

Days-
1-3....25 mcg's
4-9....50 mcg's
10-15....75 mcg's
16-18....87.5 mcg's
19-27....100 mcg's
28-33....87.5 mcg's
34-39....75mcg's
40-46....50 mcg's
47-52....25 mcg's
53-56....12.5 mcg's

Bro, T3 burns muscle like mad. For that reason I would never take it without AS and lots of protein at the same time. I looked at your present stats and goal and you are hoping to preserve your present lean mass while dropping a lot of fat with T3. It won't happen, you will lose a lot of muscle.

I think your plan would be ok if anabolics were included, although it is a little long on the T3 duration for my taste. I would just go with clen and or eca for a few months along with lifting and cardio, then run your cycle with T3 included for 6 weeks. You can run clen and/or eca along with the AS.
 
As a general rule of thumb in medicine, the amount of time tapering should be the same as the amount of time taking the drug. For example, if you have been taking prednisone (or T3 in your case) for 4 weeks, you shoud taper it down for 4 weeks. The amount of time you taper UP has nothing to do with the amount of time tapering DOWN.

Also, you dont need to start so slowly except to see how your body reacts to it, such as getting the jitters or chest pain. Otherwise you can go up more aggressively.

Thanks for the advice guys. I'm just going to wait with the T3 and just use clen/eca for now. M18 told me the same as you Trevdog, and I definitely don't want to burn off any of this hard-earned muscle. Thanks again- diesel420.
