whats the difference as far as effectiveness? Are they pretty much the same thing? help

Well, basically T4 is going to be a continuation to T3.

We know it will pick up from T3's ending, but we don't know how far ahead in time yet. We don't know if Arnie is going to be in it, but seeing as to the fact that he's probably going to lose the election, I'm sure he will be in it.

The two main thyroid hormones are T4 (thyroxin) and T3 (levo-Triiodothyronine). The thyroid gland mainly produces T4 which is later converted by a deiodinase enzyme to T3. The interesting thing is that T3 is about five times more potent at
raising the Basal Metabolic Rate than T4. In a dieting situation, the body produces less deiodinase enzyme, therefore producing less T3.
Without the effects of the more potent T3 the Basal Metabolic Rate decreases. Of course, there is plenty of T4 but it’s just not potent enough to
maintain the metabolism. With a lowered metabolism, less calories are burned on a daily basis and the diet ceases to work.

lol, yes stealth it was funny but I was just more interested in wrongun had to say, at first i was reading this and didnt catch on, I was like wtf is this guy talking about? lol, later

A big mistake made by many users of T4 is trying to up the dose to realize T3 like results. This is very dangerous and will result in very unhealthy levels of both T# and T4. Also, I can't remember half lives but I believe T4's is much longer than T3.

For body composition manipulation purposes, T3 would be the way to go. HOWEVER, make sure you do some serious research before you decide to run out and get some. It's not a toy.
