t3 and fina

It may be beneficial to start at different times, but I would defenitely make sure you are on some kind of strong anti-catabolist such as testosterone if you are hitting T3, because it is not selective in what it burns - meaning it will put you in a very catabolic state (eat muscle like crazy)

Actually, another thing you can do us up your caloric intake to around 4000+ calories per day depending on the amount of T3. The T3 will actually help your body use the caloires more effectively but if your intake is to low you can place your body in a catabolic state and lose hard earned gains.
 
I just came off fina, t3 and 50mg winny tabs and won a national qualifier in the process. I dieted for 12 weeks and ran 1cc of fina eod for 12 weeks. winny tabs for weeks 8 through 0 and hit the t3 5 weeks out from the show. never went over 25mcg. cardio at 5days per week in the am at 45min per session and had my diet nailed down. I was ripped to the bone and didnt loose any muscle.
 
Doc (my ND) prescribed T3, GH and I'm doing Fina on the side. Figure if I have GH, I'll be able to combat the catabolic state. Found I was IR (Insulin Resistant) and couldnt drop the last 12# of bodyfat to save my life so we're going this route. Suggestions and comments welcome......

Same problem here brother. I'm getting shredded on T3/Clen right now, cuts in the hams, chest, arms and veiny forearms and virtually no fat on my back.

I still have a huge gut that sticks out. I'm going to give ALA a try at 1500mg ED(so damn expensive) 200mg with every meal.
 
Fortunately, I don't have the "huge" gut issue, (I'm 48-32-42 down from 49-45-44 2 years ago (never trained beforethat)), but have outline definition (vertically) for abs, just no cross definition and my pecs are still hard underneath with a 1/2" of bf ontop.....

On the other hand, my gal started training 9 weeks ago and dropped 9% bf (from 19 to 10) and has her 6 pack coming in (she's never trained in her life)....gotta love good genetics, just hate the ease it came for her<LOL>. She meters in at 5'9", 130# and 35,23,36.....one sweet drink of water. Just wish I had her genetics (although she struggles with putting on mass).

It may be in issue of too much white adipose tissue which is a sign of a minor hypothyroidism.

The T3 should take care of that nicely. Add some clen/taurine and you are on fire.
