I have not experienced any boul movements myself but something I did notice is when i had high carb days my 'excretion' (polite way to put it) was always bright yellow and there was alot of it :worried: (dont mean to be crude guys) however when on low carbs for most of the time I never used the toilet once which I presume is basically a sign all food was utilized/digested - I shouldnt think it anything to worry about though - system prob not experienced a sudden increase in thyroid hormone before

jdevlin,
Not using the toilet much when on low carbs doesn't neccessarily mean that your digesting/absorbing all the food, but it's just that if your on low carbs, then your probably not getting much fibre, which is mainly what causes you to go to the toilet(unless your using a fibre supplement that is).

whenever i start t3, and every time i bump up the dosage, i get constipated for a few days. thats my experience. diarrhea is a known side effect of t3 uusage so its nothing out of the norm.
