Hey guys, is it all right to take T REX with a meal, or will it mess up the benefits from taking it? I've been taking 1 cap about 5 minutes before breakfast "protien shake and a nature valley granola bar" and 1 cap right after. Then I do the same exact thing later in the day around 2:00pm. I denifitlaly can feel it doing it's thing, but I'm not getting the real bad ass sweats everyone is talking about. Not really having a problem sleeping either. Been doing this around a week or so, and lost around 2 pounds with NO cardio, but I lift 4 days a week, and doing a low fat, moderate carb, high protien diet. My stats are currently 5'11 222lbs., down from 241lbs. at the start of this year! around 27% BF. What do you think? Should I try taking it on a completely empty stomach? I tried that the first day, and just 1 cap made me feel really anxious and jacked! Taking it with food like I have been doing takes care of that, I just wanna know if it doesn't let your body absorb it since there is food with it. Also I've been taking a potasium supp. with each dose to, "is that ok?"
