What exactly do you do with these supplements,
do you completely cut out your food and take T-rex pills instead or do you eat between taking the pills???

Thanx in advance!

yes sprinkle the caps over warm tap water and drink. if you eat something it mught set off an allergic reaction so remember dont eat!

you can take in between meals, with meals and before workouts. its a matter of preference. they are "fatburners". T-rex is stimulatory and appetite suppressive. Liporexin is more of a "pure" thermogen.

i'm trying to find somewhere to buy them on the web now and all thats coming up is t-rex for reptiles and animals, does anyone know where i can get any of this stuff?
Thanx

Take the pills with the food...If you're taking TREX/LREX, take 1 pill of each for breakfast, lunch and mid afternoon. Possibly start at a lower dose to assess tolerance. Make sure you drink plenty of water. You may want to stick with a traditional 40/40/20 diet while on these supps :)

It also helps to take them on a diet that doesn't restrict carbs. i was on a low carb diet for a while and didn't really notice any difference. i introduced some healthy carbs into the diet and i could really tell everything was working great. just my 2 cents. has anyone else had similar experiences?

Yes, hence my comment on the traditional diet ;) :p :D

So it is best not to go low carbs when on T-rex? Why is that?

glucose and higher glycogen levels tend to enhance the thermogenic aspects, substrate issues. Though depending on the person, low carb will work fine.

IMO the use of glucorell ameliorates the need to low carb at all.

aw... macro... I love all your products, and just raised my l-rex to 12 a day... but do ya have to bumpvertise these threads?

I just ordered some TREX and wanted to know if anyone has had any allergic reactions to it. The reason I ask is because years ago I had a very bad reaction to EAS Andro 6
it included...
DHEA
chrysin
tribulus terrestis
andro
saw palmetto
indol 3 carbinol

not sure which of these did it but don't want it happening again.

I have not heard of a single person to have an allergic reaction to T-Rex, although the possibility is there, of course. You can ask AnaFit for a sample and gauge your reaction to it yourself.
