Right now I' ve bulked myself up to 10% bodyfat. According to my calculations, I need to lose 8.5 lbs of FAT to get down to 6%, which probably means losing like 15 lbs overall. What kind of time frame do you think I should do this if I'm on T-3? Also, do you get a rebound fat gain after a cycle, if you stick to your diet?
