Good post Tiger, I dont know though. Seemed like for awhile a bunch of discussion threads would be moved when the new mods came on.

Shit, I know Lestat was here for that, the place totally died, I left. Anyways, movies, etc, topical events should be in chat.
I have only had one major beef which was using chat as a journal of their daily lives. Unfortunatey I like nearly everyone who did that so fuck, I go through phases of being nice vs. random acts of annoyance posts.

I think a journal is interesting personally.. I like reading about other people's lives and experiences.. especially when its from people who are different then myself and my circle of friends.. many of us live pretty sterile lives, we carve our our own little piece of reality and besides that and what we see on TV we are insultated from the rest of the world... this place offers a view into other people's lives and experiences that you might not otherwise get.

For some strange reason this is called chat and conversation .
The only thing I really agree with is the music/entertainment forums, etc. Most people probably post those in the C&C so a larger number of people will see it. While I may find Chefy's recipe for Phil Colins's man meat to be entertaining, I probably wouldn't see it in the other forum. The only ones I go in are BTS, D&B, & C&C. So to have them start in C&C isn't a bad thing. Just maybe move them after a certain time period, or so many posts.
