I don't know about Georgia, but in Illinois good ol' gov.Blagdovich just legalized the OTC sale of syringes and needles.
I remember the 1st time I got needles for a cycle. I had to go down to the West Side of Chicago to a needle exchange (anyone from Chicago knows this is no place for a white boy to be unless you're buying crack or h). There were about 3 or 4 pale faced junkies sitting outside asking me if I'm about to go to 'the spot'. When I went in there were a bunch of junkies in the waiting room. One chick had big open sores all over her face and looked like a fuckin zombie, holding a baby. Finally I went in to talk to some dude and I had to answer a bunch of questions (they were all anonymous). I figured if I told the guy the needles were for steroids he might not give them to me, so I told them I did heroin and had been doing it for a year. I never felt so low in my life! He gave me a card so I could go buy needles at any pharmacy (when I told him I needed intramuscular needles not sub cutaneous ones and wouldn't take the ones he was offering he looked at me all funny). I swear to god I have never felt like such a scummy piece of horse shit in my life! That whole office just reaked of death and despair...pretty fuckin' depressing. Anyway, I got the needles at a Walgreens down the street and went to town.
